CastingZone.ie is a service that provides a directory of talent in the entertainment industry for use by potential employers including Casting Directors, Directors, Producers, Production Managers, and Agents. CastingZone.ie is a meeting place for the industry. We aim to put potential employers and employees in touch with each other in an efficient and effective way, so that talent and industry personnel can be identified, considered, contacted, and booked for work.
2. How does it work?
Talent and industry personnel post their CVs and portfolios which can be viewed by registered users- Directors, Producers, Casting Directors, Agents, industry personnel.
3. How do I join CastingZone.ie?
Industry personnel / crew may sign here and complete the online registration form.
4. How do I make my payment?
You can pay immediately on-line by using your laser card or credit card or you can send us a cheque or a postal order to our address.
5. Who can see my CastingZone.ie information?
Production comapnies, casting directors and industry professionals who have been validated by the CastingZone.ie team.
6. Is my personal information secure?
At CastingZone.ie we take your privacy seriously. Your personal information, and contact information can only be accessed via Encrypted Communications (SSL). Only casting directors who have been vetted by our staff can access your information and all views on your personal information are logged.
7. Does CastingZone.ie take a commission
No, the production uses CastingZone.ie as a directory and hence will deal with you directly.
8. Do I need to be a member of a union to join CastingZone.ie?
No, CastingZone.ie covers professionals, amateurs and students.
9. What is included in my online CV?
Sections include contact details, skills, training, equipment, credits expereience as well as show reel and voice reels. The more information you provide the better is your chance of getting work.
